Refund Policy

Cancellation:

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable):

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs-bellamoir@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a notification of receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at cs-bellamoir@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

To ensure you receive the desired item, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
